Its main entrance is shared with One Bedroom Evans Apartment and it is at Evans Street No 7. All modern facilities are provided, luxury bed mattress, wifi, solar heated boiler, flat TV and A/C unit as well as washing machine. This century old heritage stone house in the heart of the city is fully restored with all modern amenities while keeping its old world charm. Situated in an easy to park street you’ll enjoy being right in the middle of the all the historic and touristic attractions without the road noise. The space was restored keeping two things in mind, to provide modern amenities and comfort and to maintain the original heritage character of the building. The architect went to great lengths to restore, reuse and recycle much from the original structure, reclaimed wood and original tiles were refitted.
